About me
My experience at Havas International as a Global Managing Partner across different high-profile brands including Disney, Puma, Signify and Hyundai/Kia has given me the client and team management abilities that I feel fit with Initiative's needs and position requirements.
As an adept Managing Partner, I have well-rounded skills that allow me to talk eloquently to clients of all levels and confidence to challenge when needed. I am used to managing P&Ls for client and team and have experience in developing and supporting the production of MSA's (Disney's MSA is the most complex I have worked on which exceeded 250 pages). By building trusted client relationships, I have delivered additional revenue to Havas by expanding the initial agency remit to include other services such as PR, Influencer Management & Creative Production. As client lead within the global hub, I am used to managing local market teams (and sensitive to the caring cultures), setting targets and ensuring best practice and strategies are observed and delivered.
Furthermore, I am a critical thinker and strong communicator having spoken at client global marketing events and run multi-day workshops to develop new and creative solutions for client's business. Developing client strategies is a passion and having something positively impact on client and agencies business goals is incredibly rewarding.
