About me
I have five year's experience in managing post production (retouching and print). Through my experience I have gained knowledge of building structures and developing relationships. I have been working on quality improvements, forecasting, cost and budget control. I have taken part in company expansion ( 3 new branches). I developed the retouching department from 3 to 50 members of staff. I have implemented many improvements both on people and process side.
I am self-motivated problem solver who is full of imagination and striking ideas. I am great communicator and listener. I am dedicated customer focused contributor who is committed to quality in every task. I perform well under pressure and thrive on challenges.
