About me

I am a cinematographer with a track record of receiving awards for my work. I am proud to be an Associate member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers and hold the certification as a Dolby Vision colorist.

My filmmaking journey began at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where I studied and developed my skills. I had the privilege of learning from renowned professionals in the field, including Shane Hurlbut, Steven Drellich (known for his work on Jason Bourne), and Dejan Georgevic ASC (an esteemed member of the Academy). Under their guidance, I gained a solid foundation in cinematography.

Driven by a deep fascination with the role of color in visual storytelling, I immersed myself in workshops and classes that explored color science, custom film print emulation, color-managed workflows, and creating unique film stocks. I had the opportunity to learn from respected experts such as Dr. Mitch Bogdanowicz, Walter Volpatto (credited for his work on Dunkirk and The Dark Knight), Cullen Kelly, and Dado Valentic of Colourlab (known for their contributions to Game of Thrones and Marco Polo). Additionally, I received training from TAC Resolve Training, an institution affiliated with Technicolor.

While my initial interest in color stemmed from my pursuit of excellence in cinematography, it quickly grew into a deep passion. I realized that a thorough understanding of color science, theory, and harmony is essential for mastering the art of image-making.
Throughout my career, I have successfully graded a wide range of projects, both long-form and short-form. As a certified Dolby Vision colorist, I possess the expertise to grade, master, and deliver HDR content tailored to major streaming platforms such as Netflix, Vudu, and Amazon.
