About me
Arno Peeters (1969) is a composer and soundartist. He was one of the first techno- artists in The Netherlands, performing as Random XS, Spasms and Urban Electro; he went avant-garde on the German Mille Plateaux label, which also released his award-winning composition AeroSon.
Arno is also a public radio producer and editor for Dutch National Radio 1, 4 and 6 having produced programs like Supplement and Folio.
At his company and studio Tape TV Productions, located in Zoutkamp, he assembles, edits and
mixes for radio, numerous podcasts, but also feature film and audiotours and installations for both commercial and non-profit clients. He specializes in immersive sound and audio within interactive applications. His all-round experience in the area of sound and music is also applied at international festivals and for clients who require audiovisual solutions or technical assistance in designing programs. As of January 2013, he has been advisor for the Dutch Cultural Media Fund and since 2018 adviser for the NPO Fund.
