About me

I am a graduate with ambitions high up in the film and television industry,
particularly in drama projects.
My experience drawing for film projects consists of work I did for
University projects, as well as art that I have done as a hobby in my free time.
I have experienced drawing for film projects at University - where I have had to
opportunity to work as a Director or Director of Photography on a few short film projects, and as
an Art Director for a larger student set. Both of these roles involved drawing. In the former
cases, I drew storyboards, and in the latter, I drew concept art for costumes and set designs.
I also have some experience with life drawing with both models and inanimate objects. I
took life-drawing lessons at secondary school and for a year at sixth-form. As a result, I learned
a lot about the expression of the human form and general ideas of communicating shape. I have
continued to draw as a hobby since then, also expanding my skills into drawing with Adobe
Photoshop.

In all my previous experiences I have been called a fast learner. Though this would be
my first experience drawing for a professional shoot, I am eager to learn. I am always available
for zoom calls for direction.

The process of filmmaking never ceases to amaze and inspire me - during my University
experience I have been fortunate to enjoy everything from editing to lighting to sound design, as
well as a few opportunities to direct. I aspire to make my own films one day, and I am really
hoping that with an opportunity such as this one to collaborate and create, I can build my list of
credits, make some good contacts, learn the ropes of the industry, and really make an
impression.
