About me
Since I was child I had the opportunity to follow my family with a family-run business in plastic estrusion, where I learned to work hard specially during the breaks from the studies. There I had the privilege of coordinating some people in the production and shipping department.
I recently finished my three years diploma in Product Design and Comunication in Padua, one of the best school in Italy. In this way I had the privilege opportunity to increase my knowledge and carry several customers tasks out. During the third year infact, we work through eight different brief for real companies. Here I started to formulate my vision of design, where I understand that a product must first be thought and then molded. Two priciples of Dieter Rams that i like to mention are : "Good design makes a product useful" and "Good design makes a product understandable". Moreover the user experience and the story behind a product are essential, are part of it. The reason why I am really fanatic about Marketing.
I always think strategically about new business and service ways to make life easier and better for people.
After a little period of working in Italy I decided to open my horizons and move overseas. I recently spend six months in Melbourne Australia, where I improved my English and had the opportunity to relate my ideas to people with different backgrounds.
Given the experience I have acquired at School and furthermore by working for one year, I consider myself well-equipped to start a new work experience.
I have always been interested in architecture and i would like to combine the knowledge of industrial design learned during the university with architecture and interior design.
Futhermore, during my stay in London I will take short course in interior design and architecture, to fill my gaps.
For instance, I see myself as a determined person who works well under pressure and always looking for perfection, the reason why I recently had a rose tattoo.
My experience working with people and in close contact with customer requests, has helped me to be more responsible and independent.
