Anthony Jones (aka AETHON) is a Bristol-based musician, composer, and electronic sound artist working across film, theatre, and visual media.
Born in Venezuela, his practice has evolved through years of international collaboration — from singing in bands across Venezuela, Mexico, and the US, to composing for stage and screen, and producing electronic music under the AETHON moniker. His work blends electronic composition with found sound, experimental recording techniques, and subtle Latin American influences.
Regardless of format or genre, storytelling sits at the core of his approach. Anthony works closely with directors, writers, and creatives to shape sound and music that supports narrative, emotion, and rhythm — whether through acoustic instrumentation, electronic scoring, or musique concrète-inspired sound manipulation.
With experience spanning performance, composition, and sound design, Anthony brings a flexible, story-driven approach to each project, creating distinctive sonic identities tailored to the world of the film or production.
