About me
My Name is Anthony Robertson, and I'm a Product designer.
I have vast experience in many aspects of design, especially the luxury furniture and homeware industry, both in the residential and commercial sectors. What I enjoy and what pushes me within design is the opportunity for optimising and improving; wether this be through aesthetic design, product function, sustainable material usage, assembly, production processes or streamlining manufacturing; I have always had a curiosity in making things better.
I have an itch for problem solving, and I use this as a base for setting groundwork for any projects. I have worked with numerous design teams in Hong Kong, China, New Zealand, France and the United States. I pride myself on my knowledge and experience in all aspects of the design, development and production process. I have a strong understanding of the detailed technical tasks required to bring products and projects to life.
I understand the importance of communication throughout the design process. Design is not a one man show, rather a cohesion of specific and honed ideas between numerous parties. Product Design is my passion, I hold a strong connection and desire to create innovative solutions to push boundaries and create unique connections and experiences between people and the products they use.
Currently based in Paris, where I have set up and established my own design practice, freelancing on both local and international projects.
Please free free to contact me directly for more information about myself, past, current or future projects.
