I have extensive experience in colour management and process control, including implementing and maintaing ISO standards 12647 and 12646. I possess wide-ranging expertise in publishing operations, technology and support and have recently completed the implementation of a global customer care solution, supporting internal and external users of an innovative SaaS product suite in the broadcast and print advertising technology sector. Through effective leadership of both remote, internal teams and externally contracted services, I have created a support framework that provides best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Recognising the importance of following systematic processes to elicit customer needs, I am able to effectively act as client advocate to both product management and development teams. Through pre-sales and RFP support, as well key involvement in cross-functional initiatives, I have been instrumental in affecting the continued improvement of products and solutions offered to our customers.
