As a highly motivated Graphic Designer, I combine creativity with an extensive technical knowledge to create striking contemporary designs with purpose and intent. I demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of information structure to ensure design effectiveness is achieved at all times and to tight deadlines. I am a strong communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the added confidence to meet and liaise with clients at all levels. I am capable of taking design briefs from concept, through design development on to print ready production. In addition I am a driven individual who enjoys working from my own initiative or

proactively as part of a team.

2004 - Present Head of Studio, Printing Co.

- Manage the day-to-day running of the studio and team

- Design artwork for customers

- Provide efficient and professional customer service

- Adhere to company policy and procedure

- Ensure all artwork supplied or designed in-house is 'print-ready' and transferred accurately to image setter or to digital printer.

- Operate and maintain all digital printers, processing equipment and finishing machinery within the studio.

- Oversee the training of the Studio staff

- Develop and implement procedures to ensure an efficient service to the department

- Communicate on both managerial and professional levels
