I am writing to see whether there are currently any vacancies at your shop. I enclose a copy of my CV for your information.

As you will see from my CV, I have a real interest and flair for computers. Most recently, I gained my Microsoft Software Engineer Certification. As a result, I have an excellent understanding of how computers and their software operate.

I would like to combine this expertise with my strong customer service skills in my next job role. I believe that my computer expertise and my ability to communicate well, will mean that I would be a great addition to your customer service team.

I would be grateful if you would contact me if you have any vacancies in your company, or keep my information on file in case of future openings. Alternatively, I am willing to work one or two days without pay on a trial basis so that I can demonstrate how I would be an asset to your team.
