About me
I am an award-winning 2D character animator, with strong technical skills in Flash, Photoshop, and After Effects, supported by a talent and passion for drawing.
For the past year I've been animating on a television series for CBBC using Flash, working as part of a small in-house team. I've animated all manner of scenes from roaring crowds to character-driven performance, and have also built character kits and worked on prop designs. During weekends, I've been working on a funded film for Bolton Museum & Archives, co-directing and animating a 5 minute short. The film, called Spin Spun Span, will launch the refurbished Museum this autumn, and mixes a variety of animation styles - from rotoscoped hand-drawn cycles, to stop motion, to my first go at 3D animation using After Effects and Photoshop.
