To whom it may concern,

I wish to apply for the role of 'Team Administrator' and in support of this I am setting out the reasons why it would be a great fit for both me and you.

In terms of time management and organisational skills, I managed to develop these within a high pressure commercial situation, working for Mike Stoane Lighting Ltd during a work placement programme at University. During my time at this design and manufacturing company, I had to consistently produce high quality work under tight time deadlines. This developed within me the ability to not only gain a further understanding of the practicalities and processes of turning an idea into a marketable product but also the ability to withstand and cope with pressure, often requiring a willingness to work the extra hours necessary to deliver.

If I were to highlight one stand out quality however, I would say that this was my personable nature. Whether in waiting tables, retailing or working in a high pressure male-orientated design and manufacturing organisation, I have always managed to give my best and get the best from and to managers, colleagues and customers. This is borne out by feedback from employers and continuing relationships with people I have worked with in the past.
