I am a creative, self-motivated and professional senior manager with 12 years experience developing and supplying creative resources within the children's character licensing business, both as licensor and licensee. Most recently as Managing Editor leading the development and creation of licensed children's magazine material published internationally. Experience includes managing a team of 10, establishing and maintaining systems to improve creativity, accuracy and cost efficiency, managing projects from concept to delivery, communicating a strong creative vision, motivating the development of innovative and commercial ideas, building relationships with senior internal and external partners, briefing and managing writers, artists and photographers and, as licensor, providing an efficient and resourceful product approval service.
