About me
I am a recent graduate of the National College of Art and Design in Ireland. I have studied a broad range of topics such as in my degree, they are: fashion design, knitwear design and construction, draping, pattern cutting and construction, presentation and design research, market research, illustration, flat drawings, spec sheets/ packs, CAD (specifically lectra) as well as visual culture studies and history of fashion.
In addition to a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design from NCAD I spent 3 months as an intern with Betty Jackson and did two London Fashion weeks with her. My 12 week placement there gave me great insight into the workings of the international fashion industry. During my time there I assisted the team with technical design/assembly tasks, research and production matters.
I am creative, enthusiastic and hard working. You can see examples of my work on my Flickr account using this link */@N03/ .
