About me

I am an Illustrator, Graphic and Print Designer with over 7 years experience within the creative industry.

I am currently living in London and work on a freelance basis, creating graphics, doing product photography, photo editing and creating prints for clothing for a variety of customers.

Prior to this I worked at H&M head office in Stockholm for almost 3 years as a Print and Graphic Designer on the Divided Department. Throughout my time at H&M I was responsible for different product areas, starting out on License garments, then taking care of all the printed Jersey wear and during my final year I was responsible for the prints and graphics across Knitwear, Trousers and Jackets. During my time at H&M I travelled to factories in China and went on many supplier and inspiration trips.

Previous to H&M, I worked in London and Leicester for a range of different suppliers, including one of the world's largest suppliers Li and Fung. Within these roles, my main responsibilities were account managing, creating mood boards and gathering inspiration, preparing for and holding meetings with customers, designing prints, graphics and shapes for clothing, creating graphics for packaging and organising and preparing sampling. One such supplier had an in- house factory set up, so I have an in depth knowledge of printing techniques and processes.

I am highly ambitious and passionate about design and fine art, I love painting and illustration and finding new, creative ways to inspire my design work. I take inspiration from nature and love to paint flowers and birds using a mixture of watercolour, gouache and coloured pencils as my preferred media. I love realistic, botanical art and tend to focus on detail, repetition and colour, I am constantly practising and striving to improve my technique.

In my free time I love to travel and explore new surroundings, I am passionate about nature and have volunteered in an animal sanctuary. I have also volunteered at a homeless shelter for several years, mentoring a homeless couple and working in the soup kitchen. I am a keen swimmer and scuba diver, having completed my advanced PADI diving course in the Great Barrier Reef.

I am currently looking for either freelance opportunities or more permanent roles and am willing to change location for the right position. I am also open to commissions so please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to know more!
