About me
My name is Anna Melegh, freshly graduated MA Footwear student at the London College of Fashion.
I have worked with leather, footwear, and accessories for more than eight years now and have gained knowledge from various industry professionals. Visited trade fairs such as Lineapelle, Premiere Vision, built connections within the industry with companies in Brazil, India, UK, Italy, Netherlands, Iceland and Hungary.
Through 3 years of Creative Leather Application at the Institute for Creative Leather Technologies (ICLT), I built up a knowledge of leather finishing proactive to spent time after classes to learn and create the process from hide to end product.
This knowledge helped me turn the fishing industry waste into high-quality leather using only natural substances.
