About me

I am a Film and Screen Media with English graduate of University College Cork. Most recently well versed in social media and content creation across digital platforms, I have past experience in freelance photography, journalism, fashion, music composition and filmmaking.

During my college years, I got involved in the university's magazine, which lead to a development of skills such as writing, editing, and becoming the magazine's photographer. My role as staff writer opened avenues and interests from reviewing the latest music and film content to interviewing artists, musicians, and bloggers. During this time I also landed the role of fashion editor and photographer, allowing me to delve into the fashion world through directing photoshoots and editing and overseeing each piece of content featured in the fashion section. My friends and I set up a blog online and I ran the social media and fashion section for the blog which received positive local attention due to social media promotion.

I have excellent experience regarding filmmaking, film production, film editing and scoring soundtracks which I began to do for my classmates' short films. I have received extensive training at third level education regarding the art of filmmaking which I developed further after college hours. I delved into the music and fashion world, creating music videos, promotion clips and short films in her spare time. My biggest objective when creating is to make the viewer feel something and portray certain moods, which is achieved through the correct soundtrack and aesthetically appealing images.

Music has always been a big part of my life, having trained in orchestral percussion and piano growing up. I was part of a three piece indie rock band during my teenage years, and I am now one half of an electronic pop duo called LEWWAB which was founded when I moved to Brussels with my long time friend to begin a new chapter of my life. In Belgium, I worked with the European Parliament as a Social Media and Content Creation trainee for 6 months. This role involved developing images through graphic design, editing videos to publish online, producing content for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook as well as copywriting and proof reading content published online.

I am a hard working, reliable and creative individual with a broad skillset and passions for music, fashion, photography, journalism, content creation and videography.
