Since February 2011 I have been working as a Russian Community Moderator in SCEE, running the official PlayStation Forum, moderating and managing the Russian speaking Community, across the globe. My responsibilities include: moderating users' generated content, close interaction with the consumers, collecting and reporting their feedback, developing and running marketing campaigns, hosting events and competitions, writing articles, translating games related content, addressing users' reported issues and communicating with internal departments. Every day, as a part of the team, I ensure that the company brand is advertised throughout our Social media Channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, playstation.com, and the official blog.

In addition, I am constantly keeping myself aware of the latest trends in Social Media industry. I am not only perfectly familiar with most of the modern social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Wordpress, Blogger, Google+, StumbleUpon, Digg, Reddit, Flickr and Pinterest, but I am able to make this channels work for the benefit of the company, promoting the brand in its full capacity. In my spare time I have been running my own project - an independent blog, covering the latest social, marketing, business and cultural issues. In a very short period of time and without any external help I have been able to achieve a high volume of traffic (up to 1800 views per month).

I am very passionate about my job, and believe it is not ending with my direct responsibilities. I am always doing my best to take the work I am performing, either a separate project, or day-to-day duties, to a new level of development. During my work I have submitted ideas for more than 50 events and competitions, most of which have appeared to be a great success, and received awards in the gaming Community. Since I had joined the company, we have seen a massive increase in the traffic: 55% of total messages posted and 47% of total views per month.

All in all, I am confident I am a perfect candidate for this position, as I not only correspond to all the requirements enlisted in the job description, but I am willing to contribute to this job a lot more. Humans' psychology and marketing are my passions, and I've been able to successfully implement it in my experience in dealing with consumers, and understanding their needs. I am also very well aware of the company's objectives and essential requirements, and possess excellent organisational and communicational skills, responsibility, creative approach, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
