About me

Dear Sir/Madam

I am very interested in the Marketing Assistant role. I believe that my experience and education, and the skills I have would make me a suitable candidate, as you will see from my CV.

I am an energetic and creative individual who enjoys coming up with new ideas and always trying to think outside the box. I have great communication and negotiation skills, which I have developed throughout my previous employment.

Currently I work for Smartbox, a gift experience provider, as a Product Development Coordinator. My responsibility is creating the new Tastings Smartbox guidebook, from contacting and renewing current partner contracts, liaising with copywriters/graphic designers to prospecting new partners for the Tastings Smartbox to make it as appealing to consumers as possible.

I was also a Marketing/PR Assistant to the Sales Department at Network Resource Group, which is an IT software and development company. My responsibilities included; undertaking relevant research, creating and launching marketing campaigns for new software the company had developed, writing literature and creating brochures for new software/products, and networking and negotiating with different companies.

I was also a Marketing Assistant to the Marketing Manager at Adult College. My responsibilities included a variety of tasks from delivering marketing strategies to researching, organising events, copywriting, developing advertising opportunities and creating and producing promotional material.

Through my employment history and education I have gained key strengths in marketing, these include:
