About me
My name is Anna Koj, I'm a professional retoucher and freelance photographer with 4 years experience based in Milan (Italy). I'm specialized in portraits, fashion editorials and commercial works.
As a digital retoucher my aim is to fix even the tiniest details to make an image look perfect and still natural and realistic. I've had the chance to work with many national photographers, retouching their works for international magazines, such as Elléments Magazine, LadeDa Magazine, Papercut, Cliché Magazine, Idole Magazine, Switch Magazine. My workflow is very clean and my method is non-destructive.
As a photographer I'm specialized in fashion photography and promotional portraits, although sometimes I also shoot still life and big events. I work with Canon equipment but i also have confidence with PhaseOne and Hasselblad.
I work as on set and digital assistant of Italian fashion photographer Marco Palumbo, who works for international brands (Yamamay, Carpisa, La Martina, Fabi, Oroblu, Liberty, Creattiva) and magazines.
I have acquired high level expertise in Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom, Bridge and InDesign and work continuously to learn new things in order to keep my work up to date.
