Dear Sir/Madam,

In a today's society there are many excellent, original and talented content writers and copywriters, but they often lack the enthusiasm and determination that it takes to succeed in the world of media. I however do not.

I have had multiple work experiences and internships that have allowed me to become proficient in producing news stories, features, blogs, product research and editing. My previous internships have proven to be incredibly successful and I now feel that I could confidently become a member of your team. Not just a member, but also an asset.

At the moment I am currently interning at Instant Access Technologies in Old Street where I am co-writing the content for a website which is due to go live in the next month. I have developed skills in SEO as well as Wordpress, Confluence and Balsamiq software. I also have basic knowledge in HTML. I would like to use this knowledge I have gained into working with a range of clients through your company. I fit in easily to the already established creative team, further lending a trendy, young and dynamic edge, especially in brainstorming sessions. I also carry out extensive and complex research duties for new websites, working on a wide range of briefs from travel to the technology. This experience afforded me the opportunity to develop both my creative talents and professional relationships

I have always been passionate about the written word so studying English Literature at university was an obvious choice. I hope to bring personality as well as strong, interesting and original copy to any job that I choose to accept. Travelling for 18 months on my gap year after university has left me with a diverse and broad mind with a pleasing work ethic, which will make me a valuable member of any team.

I am extremely hard working, excellent at multi-tasking and, to be quite honest, the more pressure the better! I am not afraid to go the extra mile, especially in terms of working long hours to get the job done to deadline. I am reliable and tenacious and will strive and endeavour to help to move your company onwards and upwards.
