Having spent close to 20 years in delivering start-of-the-art learning solutions, I am excited to offer
myself as a prospective candidate for the position of Multi-Media Design Professional (eLearning) in your company.

Recently, I was at the center stage in rolling out a strategic initiative of enhancing the subject matter expertise of the workforce that is contributing to the Technical writing community in Qualcomm. I employed the model in this innovative initiative to help the workforce gain industry knowledge from day-to-day jobs, through interactions with the subject matter experts and formal training. To measure the effectiveness of this ongoing engagement, I generate metrics and report the progress made every quarter to the top leadership.
Over the years, during my stint with Deloitte, IBM and Wipro, I have been a part of complex and challenging engagements delivering cutting-edge learning solutions to diverse customers spread across the globe. The diversity stems from the healthy mix of customers who belong to varied industries like Wireless Semiconductor and Telecommunications, Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Publishing, Beverage, etc.
Writing is an inherent trait in me that came to full play when I was with Icfai University. I have co-edited 2 books, authored 7 articles and collaborated with subject matter experts in publishing over 50 books. I have attached a few articles for your perusal.
However, there is a twist to this story!
I am based out of India and will need your support in considering my job application.
