About me

Angela Eames - Education: Bath Academy, BA Hons, Slade School (MA Fine Art), Wimbledon and Surrey (PhD), Middlesex University (MA Computing). Involved with using drawing practice within industry. She has begun her own business (*) in scanning, retouching, restoring and archiving for artists, galleries, museums. She also prepares PowerPoints for lecturers and conference delivery. Clients include Candlestar, ACU, Gulf Art Fair, Dubai.. Her practice (*) utilises all drawing media from autographic procedures, through computing (two and three dimensionally), and moving image. She was Course Director of BA Hons Drawing and MA Drawing at Camberwell College of Arts. She worked as Research Fellow - Information and Technology Research Development Unit at the London Institute for two years where she was Content coordinator for the 'Seeing Drawing' BAFTA nominated DVD on Drawing. Most recently working for Framestore-CFC, challenging their animation team in providing evening drawing sessions to update their creative thinking whilst simultaneously working on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Harry Potter.
