About me
Associate Director of Design at Firebone, an integrated service experience design firm, I challenge what is and create what could be for health care's most pressing challenges.
I lead trans-disciplinary teams in launching new products, growing existing service offerings and reviving mature brands through the design of interactive applications. My deep understanding of human-people-computer interaction leads to more effective applications that span multiple platforms and media streams. But my work doesn't stop there: I surpass the pixel. Complex experiences demand the totality of their whole is managed in tandem with their parts while orchestrating the way particular touch points come together. This means leveraging expertise in designing messaging, built environments, systems and processes to create one seamlessly integrated interactive experience.
