His work has helped three agencies to Campaign agency of the year and another Campaign agency of the decade.

As well as boasting over a 90% pitch win record, highlights of his career include leading the Domino's account to 16 consecutive quarters of double digit growth, whilst picking up many awards along the journey, and delivering mould-breaking campaigns like his Buried Car Treasure Hunt for Texaco where he buried 5 brand new Mercedes SLK cars underground for the public to track down and dig up.

Equally adept with a marker pen as a type writer, Andy is a truly integrated thinker and a firm believer in consumer participation in brands - much of his work has led to millions of organic views and generated millions of pounds of free media across the globe.
