About me
A graphic designer with over five years of experience working in a number of different sectors. I have a strong interest in fashion and sportswear, which is backed up with knowledge in garment production. I run a social media page which allows me to combine my passions and express myself, whilst also giving me a good understanding of how platforms like Instagram and Facebook work.
In my current position at Surridge Sport, I am responsible for designing playing kits and training wear for our professional and larger teams. The role includes researching trends and creating concepts to present to clubs and management, which later leads to producing samples and final items. Designing is my main strength, but I also have a good eye for detail and this has led to me working with our factories where I choose fabrics and create accurate tech packs ready for production. With production, I also communicate with factories to ensure that garments are printed correctly and make changes when necessary.
As a freelance designer, I have the ability to show my creative flair through social media. I upload content weekly which focuses on alternative football designs, my interest in fashion, and allows me to incorporate artists or brands into something I'm passionate about. Connecting with agencies and gaining work through my socials has allowed me to build up a good resume and help better understand a client's needs. I have also begun to expand my work into learning 3d software like Clo3d and animation software, After Effects.
