About me

Since graduating in 2006 with a BA (Hons) degree in Animation, Andy Shackleford has worked on numerous well-known children's programs including Rastamouse, Roary the Racing Car, Fifi & the Flowertots, Rupert the Bear and Postman Pat.

Andy was also a member of the talented animation team behind Peter Kay's Animated All Star Band for Children in Need in November 2009. In addition to his stop-motion animation background, he has experience with CG software testing, data wrangling, editing and After Effects. In 2011, Andy undertook his first solo project, the official music video for musician Ryan Keen's debut single 'Focus' which went on to win Best Music Video at the Limelight Short Film Awards 2012. While still very much enjoying his work as a series animator on some of children's exciting TV shows, Andy hopes to expand his portfolio with new and exciting projects in the future, pushing his Videography & Editing experience as far as he can.
