In 2013, Andy launched Lucky Generals, a creative company for people on a mission. It's been shortlisted for Campaign's Agency of the Year for the last 3 years.
Before all this, Campaign magazine named him the Number 1 planner in the UK and one of the Top 10 in the world. He's won more IPA Effectiveness Awards than any other planner (24 including the 2005, 2007 and 2010 Grands Prix). He's also won the top 2 planning prizes in the USA (Gold Effie and Gold APGUS). Along the way, he's helped scoop lots of creative gongs too, including the Cannes Advertiser of the Year (Virgin), BTAA Grand Prix and ITV Ad of the Decade (Hovis), Campaign Press Grand Prix (Millets) and Campaign Direct Grand Prix (Met Police). He's not as smug as the above makes him sound and he rarely, if ever, refers to himself in the third person.
