Most recently I've specialised in CRM & Loyalty for M&C Saatchi and LIDA. Before that customer and acquisition marketing for SapientNitro (Sky, Capital One, HTC, BULLDOG Gin). And before that employee engagement and events, sales promotion, B2B and B2C advertising (VW Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, AXA), at an out-of-town agency that punched way above its weight.
