After reading the application and job description I felt I was well suited to the job and got excited at the prospect of being able to really getting involved in helping the organisation.

Being given the opportunity to get involved with such a team and working environment makes the prospect of working for this organisation even greater. I would love to be offered this role with the experience I have gained through University and working for The Walt Disney Company.

Throughout my time at University, I had always been captured and taken in by the creative units to which we were assigned. Designing websites and magazine layout really stood out and gave me the chance to test my creativity and brought out the perfectionist in me. Working in a team for these units really helped give an insight into different creative minds and the challenges that came along with creative differences which made for an even more interesting and worthwhile project.

During my time at Disney Interactive Studios, I have often worked with the online team managing their YouTube channels either by localisation or liaising with agencies to acquire to content. I loved the online side of the role which included social media, the press site and the online coverage module. This area means you can really express the company online and reach out to the target consumers - helping them feel involved and included in the company marketing and enhancing purchasing decisions. We tapped into high profile bloggers and found that these individuals were deemed 'credible' by consumers which made them a great communication tool.

I believe that being part of a team means you can really take advantage of the various talent and experience in order to create a worthwhile campaign that covers all chosen areas of reach. While working at Paragon, I have gained a valuable understanding of audio visual and technology sector along with the fundamentals of lead generation and consumer relationships. As said above, creative differences and new opportunities really fuel the fire in the development of creative campaigns which in turn can lead to exciting opportunities in design and communication, enhancing the scope for great results.

I thrive on being busy and love taking on responsibility. I aim to learn something new every day and really strive to work to the best of my ability for the organisation and for my own personal development.

I believe I would fulfil the role well and would strive to succeed. I am a passionate worker and enjoy making a difference and really supporting the team to make a smoother working environment. I enjoy being involved in team events and always attended away days, socials and team building, which I think are key to a great working environment!
