About me

Since Art College I have been intent on a career in architecture or interior design. I enjoy solving problems and developing ideas to reach interesting solutions. University enabled me to focus my design interests and has provided experience in many areas of design; of particular interest to me are temporary structures and sustainable design. My major project at university reflected these interests. I designed a modular temporary structure which could adapt to a range of different uses. Recently I have designed a recycling system for domestic kitchens and developed projects on which I worked at university.

My key design skills include CAD, visual presentation and detailing. I am a proficient user of 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD.

Spatial planning and ergonomics. How people interact with the designed environment is of great interest to me.

Structure and technical detail. I enjoy solving the problems involved within the design process. How things work is very important to me.

The opportunity to work in a design environment which embraces innovation, quality, style and attention to detail would be greatly appreciated. I am open to the suggestion of work in any area of design.
