I am a professional who thrives in challenging environments where change of operational structure is necessary to ensure future growth of business. A natural negotiator, I have in previous roles had to implement change by presenting the benefits both short & long term to Managing Director, Director and Stakeholder level.
Where change is not thought to be necessary, I have successfully negotiated and made agreements for change.
Process and performance driven, I have been fully accountable for implementation of process & projects e2e including regular reviews to ensure processes are a continuing success. Where I have managed complex projects I have successfully met all targets and budget constraints expected of me.
Motivated by pressure and short time scales, I am able to clearly define where change and new process can bring positive and long term changes to either a dept or company as a whole. As a Senior Process Manager, I am used to facing negative feedback where change is not thought to be needed. With an excellent character and people skills, I am quickly able to build relationships internally and externally, and strive to ensure these are maintained.
I am looking for a permanent position with a reputable company who can offer the challenges I am looking for, and will be able to offer a good career progression as I envisage my next role to be my final move on the career ladder.
