About me

Andrew Currie (born 1985) is a New Zealand designer, producing works for many of New Zealand's leading businesses. Andrew is renowned for his web animation, attention to detail and his ability to take a idea to an artwork. He prides himself on his participation across a range of tools and mediums and has a love for engaging in creative ideas.

Andrews work began as a freelancer within Supply, a boutique graphic design studio based in Auckland, he then went to work as Interactive Designer at OMD New Zealand, a Clemenger media agency whose digital department later merged with New Zealand's preeminent retail advertising agency Colenso.99. There Andrew learned the fast paced world of retail advertising and had the privilege to work on such accounts as Farmers, Air New Zealand, Daimler Chrysler and Vodafone.

Well versed in optimization and the sensitivity of web standards, he has focused predominantly on the digital field, working across the spectrum of formats from digital mall signage to ecommerce websites. However Andrew also has a passion for graphic and information design and is eager to adopt any tool or medium required to execute an idea.

From client meetings to briefing freelancers, Andrew is passionate about people and treats every interaction with enthusiasm and professionalism.
