I am writing to you regarding the recent job advertised on the Creative Pool website.

I feel I would make a great asset to your team, as I have a great interest in design, especially in illustration and typography, and would relish the opportunity to create interesting and original designs that would appeal to the target audience. I would thrive in your company and embrace every opportunity to create aesthetically pleasing design work that would bring a fresh and appealing attraction to the company. Im experienced in all areas of print based design, especially Adobe Illustrator, so working for a company such as yourselves would build on my University experience and previous voluntary work experience, with fresh and insightful knowledge from designing in a thriving company, and give me the opportunity to use my knowledge and skills of graphic Design to its full potential.

I feel I should be chosen for this job as since a young age, I've always had a flare for creativity, which is reflected in my range of qualifications, especially my BA (hons) Degree in Graphic Design. I enjoy taking an idea from concept right through to the final developed piece and have a sheer passion for anything and everything creative. If I was given the opportunity to work for you, I would embrace every project brief set, and as I have a Mac Pro with Adobe Creative Suite 5 and QuarkXpress 8 at home, would even take my work home with me if necessary. I also live in Hastings, so commuting wouldn't be a problem at all. I am free to start work as soon as possible and am flexible in the shifts I can work.
