About me

I have over 20 years print production experience across various sectors. Most recently I have been contracting as a production manager at a marketing, design and print management agency, project managing the print requirements for Apple. This is a busy and demanding role in a fast moving agency environment, which involves receiving client briefs, booking in an trafficking jobs, liaising with studio, assessing most suitable print methods and substrates, obtaining supplier estimates and negotiating, and quality control through all aspects of production to final delivery of mainly POS applications such as large format posters, banners, window clings, signage, as well as marketing and promotional print.

I have account management experience of both internal and external clients, and during my production role at Reed Business Information, I was responsible for placing print contracts for four colour books and directories in the UK, Europe, UAE and the Far East. I have strong supplier relationship development skills and am fully qualified to press pass. I also have an extensive supplier base to support my wealth of experience gained across various sectors.

Ideally I would like the stability of a permanent role once again, but would consider contracting or freelance work if a suitable role became available. I am available for interview and commencement of a new role immediately.
