About me
Hello,
I am a graduate of the MA Interaction Design at Goldsmiths, University of London seeking to expand my skill set in a stimulating permanent role.
During the recent MA I have learnt and applied innovative user research methods and design thinking. I worked on a wide range of projects developing research, interviews and engagement events to guide the design process. I also expanded my skills in user testing through freelance work, where I carried on remote user testing in the context of redesigning an app.
Moreover, through the experience of the Lloyds Banking Group Hackathon, I could apply my knowledge and passion for Lean UX practices. Working in a cross-functional team within a tight time frame, I conducted interviews, sketched UI solutions, carried on online testing and developed visual material.
As a matter of fact, conducting user research, supporting collaborative work and visualising material are my key skills. I gained experience liaising directly with stakeholders during recent internship experiences, where I worked on unfamiliar topics with academic researchers and artists. Gathering their requirements and balancing them with users' needs, I visualised, proposed and developed solutions. Thanks to my background in Media Art, I have solid graphic design skills and confidence with video and animation production, which I use to communicate effectively process and proposals.
I believe in the importance of creating shared understanding in a team while aiming towards outcomes that create value for all the parts involved. To achieve this, I strive to understand the needs of customers, users and stakeholders. Then I act proactively to make sure that these hold a central role through the process, and I support the UX development with clear prototyping.
I am keen to work in an environment where I can further develop my skills in UX process, wireframing and prototyping (which I currently develop with Axure).
