About me

I'm a creative, organised individual looking for their first break in the film and TV industry.

Having recently finished my MA in Screenwriting, I have been volunteering for film festivals (most notably the BFI London Film Festival) and I have just completed a work experience in a postproduction company.

My skills include script writing, reading and editing (pre-production), script supervising (production) and editing (post-production).

My MA allowed me to improve my skills extensively, as I read and reviewed scripts in a weekly basis, giving and receiving feedback with fellow screenwriters and filmmakers. It also helped me have a great eye to what scripts have potential (even if they need improvement) and to find the strengths and weaknesses of any project. I have experience writing script coverage and also helping in the editing process. I'm used to the pre-production process, going through different drafts of a script and collaborating with a producer and a director.

I have been script supervisor in a number of short films both inside and outside the London Film School. I have also edited some short films and projects.

I consider myself a very creative person with a good eye for detail. I'm a perfectionist but I don't allow that to get in the way of deadlines. I think efficiency is key: the best work possible within the available time. I'm also a good multitasker, never forgetting about longer term projects when working on daily or short term tasks. I'm good at thinking on my feet and at dealing with last minute problems.

I have great communication, interpersonal, writing and time management skills. I am proficient with both Mac and PC and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) and the Microsoft Office Suite. I'm used to working with screenwriting and video editing softwares.

Most of all, I have a passion for film and TV and I want to help bring films to life.
