About me
My career has been built at the intersection of creativity, data, and innovation. For more than two decades I have focused on helping the marketing industry embrace new technologies and new ways of working, building teams, agencies, and ideas that redefine how brands connect with people.
Over the past 25 years I have led North American and global teams focused on data-driven creativity, technology, and innovation. I am the founder behind two globally recognized agencies, FCB/SIX and Performance Art, both created to push the boundaries of modern marketing. Under my leadership these teams became known for pioneering work in data and digital innovation, earning more than 500 global awards, including Cannes Grand Prix, a Global Grand Effie, and the Black D&AD Pencil, and ranking among the top ten creative organizations in the world.
Much of my career has been spent helping the advertising industry evolve its relationship with data, technology, and digital transformation. In 2024, during a period of rapid change in the industry, I joined JAM CRM, one of North America's leading independent CRM and creative technology agencies. At JAM I am focused on shaping a bold vision for the future of customer engagement and CRM, integrating advanced technology and AI to transform how brands build meaningful relationships with their customers.
I am also passionate about mentoring and advocating for women in advertising. Throughout my career I have supported initiatives that help create more opportunity and representation across the industry. This includes launching a regional chapter of Time's Up/Advertising, leading the regional support conference for Cannes See It Be It (), and launching #ActToo, an evolution of the #MeToo movement recognized as an AdAge Editor's Pick.
My work and leadership have been recognized with several industry honours, including Campaign's Female Frontier Awards (Leading the Charge, 2020), a nomination for AdAge A-List Executive of the Year (2021), and Campaign's 40 Over 40 (2022).
