Good Afternoon

I saw an advertisement on a job website regarding your vacancy. I have read through the job description and I am greatly intrigued by the position and would like to apply.

I correctly work for a company called Biffa Waste Services as a Customer Service Team Leader. My job role includes; looking after several national accounts to ensure that any problems that may arise are dealt with, managing and coaching the members of my team, resolving escalations, ensuring KPIs and key contract terms are met, ensure that Health & Safety policies are adhered to as well as many more.

I believe that the next step in my career would be to move into account management and that is what has drawn me to this position you are advertising. After looking after so many major accounts in customer service a feel that I could handle the pressures of being an account manager and excel beyond my targets. I am a deeply ambitious character who always wants to be first and I think that with the help of your company and my determination and ability my dreams could become reality.
