About me

Complex project deliveries and product management, combined with my experience as development manager, technical architect and developer has provided me with a deep understanding of the full software life cycle in general and the specifics of commercial product development in particular. I am comfortable with everything from strategy work, product definition, requirements analysis and meeting customers, to technical sales and project delivery.

I am a firm believer in the principles of lean manufacturing and I am well acquainted with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, continuos integration and test driven development. During my time at Polopoly and Atex, I was part of driving the introducing these practices.

Through my work, delivering business critical software to the media industry, I have gained a deep understanding of the online media landscape, trends and drivers of online growth.
