About me
Hi Stranger,
My name is Ana Sofia. I hold a Master's in Executive Production from The Core School in Madrid, Spain (2022), and a Bachelor's in Communication and Digital Media from ITESM in Guadalajara, Mexico (2020). I also attended the 21st Century Screenwriters Workshop at EICTV in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba (2021).
In addition to my formal education, I've taken relevant courses, including Marketing for Services and a Screenwriting Workshop at the Vancouver Film School.
Professionally, I am currently a Production Assistant in the "Long-Running Series" department at Secuoya Stories since 2023. Previously, I worked on the production of "Travel Aguascalientes," a commercial that earned two Silver Telly Awards in 2022. My responsibilities included location and talent management, shooting and editing timelines, and handling production team contracts.
Before that, I served as a Copywriter at La Sociedad, an advertising and communication agency, from 2020 to 2023. My role involved transforming creative ideas into advertising copy, conceptualization, exploration of concepts, and creation of briefings. I also played a key role in content planning, editing and proofreading texts, and writing ads and scripts for various mediums.
I'm passionate about the arts in all their forms, from theater and cinema to literature and music. I love exploring new places, meeting people, and pushing my limits, reflected in my diverse experiences living in different cities, always brimming with positive energy, good humor, and a deep affection for what I'm passionate about.
