About me

My name is Ana Lario, I am a freelance creative director and filmmaker with more than 14 years' experience working in advertising, film, web, UI/UX and Experiential.

I've been involved in every step, from proposing a creative concept for Immersive experiences, storyboards, and treatments, to directing shoots and overseeing post-production for Live Brand through to film and content.

Such a Rimmel, Burberry, Expo2020 Dubai, Jagermeister, Versace, Furla, Mac Cosmetics, Adidas among others.

My last contract was for Immersive International as a Creative Director for the Mobility Pavilion (Foster + Partners) at the Expo2020 in Dubai. A two-hour event with a mix of mapping, holograms and VR experience telling the story of the EAU from the beginning to the future.

As a Creative Art Director at Grey London and Hi-Res! I was leading and inspiring a creative team across TVC, photography and digital campaigns.

I worked 3 years at Burberry HQ, creating bespoke video content and Immersive experiences for flagship stores around the world, including Regent St, Covent Garden and Pacific Place in Hong Kong.

I'm one of the creative motion directors that Instagram uses for its 'Instagram Sprints'. A workshop day for clients and agencies to learn how to create high-quality, engaging content. It an opportunity to learn the craft and value behind creating Instagram Stories as opposed to traditional TVC.

Currently, I'm freelancing as a Creative Director for the e-commerce NUJI, redesigning the whole platform and app to turn it into a media agency.
