Ana has 18 years of marketing and communications experience across both agencies and brands. She has a strong track record of enhancing brand relevancy, consistently achieving double-digit growth. She is passionate about digital and data transformation as well as effectively leading cross-geography performance minded teams. In 2022, Ana joined Value Retail as their Global Integrated Marketing & Media Director where she orchestrated data-led change through enhanced culture and capabilities, with a focus on marketing effectiveness to drive business outcomes across their luxury retail businesses. She previously spent a decade helping clients in Luxury, FMCG, Travel and B2B to develop integrated campaigns across ATL and digital channels in EMEA, APAC and Americas with budgets of £300m+. Ana is able to effectively diagnose problems, devise strategies and influence senior stakeholders, and has expertise in key topics such as data privacy, econometrics, scaled experimentation programmes and organisational design.
