About me

Fashion is one of the most creative art forms of self-expression, that is why I am so passionate about it as a career. Looking for a role within footwear design industry. During the Covid19 pandemic I worked on making masks for those in care homes using my skills of pattern making and sewing that I have gained from my degree and previous work in the industry, from this I went onto making small jewellery pieces and gained a lot of attention from it so I decided to make my own business selling my own work.

I have previously worked as a footwear designer for Golden Wolfe, designing for their own high-end brand, Naked Wolfe and their wholesale collection producing a mix of trainers and heels. Prior to this I worked for Chelsea Paris, a high-end women's brand made in Italy. I have also interned at Trendstop as a trend forecasting intern.

As a designer and trend forecaster I always work efficiently, while working a full time job I manage a trend forecasting blog on my website. I am very keen to learn new things and always develop my knowledge of the industry gaining qualifications & certificates in: BA Hons Footwear Design, Fashion Trend Forecasting, Jewelry Design, Fashion Styling and Image Making, The Art and Science of Buying and Merchandising, Footwear Buying and Merchandising. In my bid to continue to educate myself in the fashion industry.

My work has been shown on the WGSN catwalk in Milan for MICAM SS20 and have attended Lineapelle on my own placing orders and collecting samples. I am capable of creating extensive colorways on CAD, hand drawn sketches, specification sheets and material sheets, remote working by visiting factories around Europe, buying components and embellishments with the cost kept down. I also have experience in quality control, fit checking the samples and problem solving for improvements. Fashion research is a real strength of mine looking at trend and the history, producing trend and mood boards.
