About me

A 25 year old ambitious, vibrant and determined individual who is seeking work within the creative industry. I have completed a 3 year degree studying Drama and Film at Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge. During my time at ARU I have produced 3 different films all of which have been accepted into Cambridge Film Festival and viewed at Arts Picture House. I have just finished a month long placement at MTV and the Staying Alive Foundation working in the Pro- Social team. My duties that I performed were working on Campaigns for Out in 60, creating social media posts on Instagram and Twitter in reference to HIV prevention and awareness of HIV, I also found international travel accommodation for 25-30 grantees of the Staying Alive Foundation and meeting/ conference space working with a budget of £20,000. I have an on going life limiting condition called Leigh's Syndrome which is a rare mitochondrial disorder. The condition has affected my life greatly and I receive treatment regularly for it. I was diagnosed with the condition when I was 9 years old and it has left me needing wheelchair occasionally. This condition has made me more determined to succeed in my career and in life.
