About me

I have completed a degree in BSc Multimedia Technology, and have recently completed an MSc in Computer Animation. I believe that this together with my work experience to date has equipped me with valuable knowledge and skills relevant to a role in creative services. I have acquired the skills to create modern multimedia/web design artefacts as well as entertaining, advanced 3D animations. Throughout my course I have built extensively on my knowledge of media applications including Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Maya, Softimage and others. Both courses were very interesting and challenging, and encouraged me to produce work to the best of my ability.

I have developed effective Communication and Interpersonal skills by working on several freelance projects and through a number of full time positions, most recently as a web/blog designer for Cancer Research UK and as a freelance designer for Brightside Ltd. I've developed good verbal communication skills through contact with brand developers, technical teams and dealing regularly with clients and colleagues at all levels. I have a very strong desire to develop a career in the field of Creative New media and am particularly interested in working for a dynamic and ambitious organisation that will give me the opportunity to build on my existing knowledge of design and media applications.
