About me
My name is Amy Gallagher (also known by my creative tag name Amiluu) and I'm a children's illustrator who has also worked in the fields of comics and styleboarding for motion graphic animation. I am a visual storyteller who loves to draw engaging stories that connect with people. I'm passionate about creating artwork that effectively communicates a message, a narrative or a feeling.
My illustration artwork has a playful charming nature, rendered in a cartoon-like style. I'm interested in using illustration to positively impact children's development in an enlightening and engaging way.
As a visual storyteller, I am passionate about expressing hard to communicate feelings and capturing everyday moments with emotional impact and value to audiences.
My art has the power to surpass linguistic and global boundaries, and the engaging imagery captures people's attention and imagination. They are a great vehicle for sharing stories, ideas, information and even memories, and the visual impact makes them more shareable, enabling the potential for their widespread consumption.
