About me
Amar in a Nutshell: A father, a friend, and an all-around genuine human being, Amar is a keen observer of people and sensitive to the psychological nuances that shape preferences. He is also an industry-recognized creative professional.
Amar began his career in advertising as a Visualiser in 1986, quickly rising to the level of Creative Director. Over more than twenty eventful years, he accumulated extensive brand-building expertise, working with 30-35 national and international brands.
He has absorbed the creative cultures of several well-known ad agencies, including Sista's - Saatchi & Saatchi, Quadrant Communications - Lowe Lintas, and iB&W Communications. He has also collaborated with various business houses as a freelancer, consultant, or critic. This diverse experience has fostered his open-minded approach, enabling him to help others effectively.
Amar possesses the requisite skills to develop effective and unique value propositions for brands at various stages of their product life cycle. His significant contributions to the marketing mix have led to successful brand building as per the requirements of each brand.
A natural leader, Amar has a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has led fifteen teams comprising seventy-five incredibly talented individuals, consistently achieving measurable results. His leadership style fosters creativity, collaboration, and excellence, driving his teams to surpass expectations.
A lateral thinker, Amar can create relevant and memorable brand communication that both builds and sells.
He has provided his services to five of the top 10 Indian advertising agencies, contributing millions to India Inc while building successful national and international brands. He does not participate in awards, as he believes the true measure of his success is the happiness and satisfaction his work brings to him and the success of the brands he has contributed to.
Amar has created campaigns for many of India's first products, making them successful in their verticals. These products include color TVs, washing machines, cellular services, automobiles, fully integrated townships, and specialty hospitals... and busy with increasingly for better.
