Alun's work

I'm a graduate of the Creative Writing Masters at the Centre of New Writing, University of Manchester, where I had the opportunity to be taught by writers such as Martin Amis and Colm Tóibín. Since graduating, I've been working full-time as a note-taker for Deaf Start, a charity financed by Leeds City Council to provide support for hearing-impaired students (enrolled in AS to Degree level courses) studying around various campuses in Leeds.

I am now looking to move into a more creatively-led working environment, one that still focuses heavily on quality writing as a necessary and requisite trade. Included in my attached CV is a list of previous publications (primarily fiction and arts reviews), which I hope will go some way to demonstrating my own writing skill and how this skill might be transferred into the world of copywriting.
